The entry has a large format tiled floor, and is warmed with grasscloth-covered walls. A velvet settee provides a landing space, with an antique rug with coordinating neutral and lavender hues. The two iron lanterns punctuate the space.

The vestibule off the foyer includes a settee upholstered in a lavender velvet. Above is a beautiful assortment of butterfly prints framed in black and gold to mimic the lantern. Black framed sconces with tassels complete the vignette.

The dining room features a beautiful pedestal table which is paired with a set of antique leather dining chairs in a warm red-brown. A pair of framed hand-painted chinoiserie panels flank an antique sideboard with a large gided mirror above. A brass chandelier makes a bold statement overhead.

The living room features a pair of high-backed sofas in a blue and neutral trellis pattern with a pair of unique antique chairs in a bold ochre. The side tables and accents combine to create an eclectic, fun atmosphere.

The living room also features a music corner with a grand piano, and an antique bookcase. The grasscloth wallcovering warms the space.

The piano is situated next to colorful framed paintings in gilded frames that echo the colorful furniture in the space.

The built-ins in the library have white-painted faces with dark walnut stained interiors and shelves. Sconces are mounted on the face frames. The wood floors are a rich-stained wide wood plank. Off in the distance is a generously-scaled master suite.

A massive antique table in the library provides the perfect location to study. A large brick fireplace with a custom wood surround provides warmth, and custom built-ins store books and other collectibles.

The kitchen is a gourmet cook’s dream. It features warm white perimeter cabinetry with dark granite counters, including an integral stone sink. The large range is topped with a custom stone hood. The kitchen island features a contrasting dark wood stain, and a light quartzite counter. It houses a prep sink, and a microwave and warming drawer.

The Breakfast Room features a round dining table with a starburst grain, and upholstered arm chairs which are both comfortable and easy to clean, with faux leather seats. The linen drapery panels complement the grasscloth wallpaper in the adjacent spaces, and floors are a large format travertine tile.

The stairwells are filled with unique architectural detailing, including custom iron railings, and beautiful wood paneling installed with recessed lighting above the stairs to the basement.

The second floor halls are covered in a broad yellow stripe, which creates a beautiful focal point, following the contours of the eaves. The custom neutral wool runner is contoured to the floors. The light colors in the space contrast with the custom dark iron stair railings.

A family pet is commemorated in a framed portrait over a rustic green chest in the upstairs hall.

The basement recreation room features a rustic wet bar with weathered wood paneling to include custom appliance panels. Open shelves with branch corbels complete the look, and mirrored doors with wrought iron mullions add another beautiful architectural detail. A large U-shaped sectional accommodates the entire family.

This recreation room is the ultimate gathering place in the winter. It includes a large stone wood-burning fireplace. The ceiling features reclaimed rustic beams.
